Austin loves it

Austin with his piano book

Sarah and I have been married 5 years tomorrow and realized how much we miss having a piano in our home. So we saved up student loans(is that an oxymoron) and with the help of sarah's dad and the awesome discount he got us, bought ourselves a digital piano. We wanted something portable, but also useable in the future so the Kawai CA61 it is. It has been really nice to hear Sarah play and just want her to know how much I enjoy relaxing with Austin on the couch while she plays her Christmas music(have I mentioned how much Sarah is craving Christmas?). It has also been a much needed outlet for Sarah as school demands much of her time and energy. I love you sarah and thanks for the wonderful 5 years.

Happy Anniversary, Merry Christmas, and anything else you wanted to buy next year

Cool! I actually miss hearing Sarah play the piano too. She's got skills.

Anyway, Happy Anniversary guys!!!

Oh, and is Sarah already teaching Austin how to play?

Well we are kind of teaching him. We bought a book and he plays. The piano has this feature called Concert Magic and you can choose a song and all Austin has to do is play any key and every time he strikes a key the piano plays the real song. That's mostly what he plays right now. I have started over with the basics again and am having fun learning how to play. It's been many years since I played.
